I help brands grow revenue with organic search. For over ten years I’ve built and run SEO for businesses of every size. I set the strategy, then I do the hands-on work myself, in the markets where rankings are hardest to win. Hire me, work directly with me.
Oregon born, Colorado raised, SEO obsessed. Here’s the short version of how I got here, and what I care about.
My name is Logan Mosby, and I’m a senior SEO expert with over 10 years of experience. I was born in Oregon and grew up on a farm in Southern Colorado before moving to Colorado Springs in 2012. That’s where I started my career at a small boutique agency called Pikes Peak SEO, led by Greg Walthour. That agency became SocialSEO and then Intero Digital, and I was there through every transition, helping grow the SEO department from a 10-person shop into one of the largest SEO teams in the country, around 200 employees serving nearly 800 clients.
Over that decade I’ve worked with just about every kind of business you can think of. Golf courses, news sites, enterprise brands with millions of pages, multi-location franchises, retailers, local service companies, eCommerce stores. If it has a website and needs to rank, I’ve probably done it.
I’m genuinely into this stuff. Find the problem, figure out the fix, go do it. I love watching a business change when the SEO finally clicks, and that’s the same care I put into your company and the money you’ve worked hard to earn.
Ask anyone who’s worked with me. In a partnership, this means you hear the truth from me. What’s working, what isn’t, and what I’d do about it. Good news or bad, you get it straight.
I believe in working hard for what you want and letting your actions speak louder than words. I’ve earned every step of my career through work ethic and grit, not just for myself, but for the people who work alongside me.
Energy and passion feed each other. It’s what shows up in the daily grind, and it’s picking people up on the days they’re low. I lead with the kind of attitude I’d want to work next to.
Leading by example has stuck with me my whole career. I won’t ask anyone to do something I wouldn’t do myself. We’re all chasing the same goal, and rolling up my sleeves next to the team goes a long way.
Ten years in, I’ve worked across just about every vertical you can possibly think of. Different industries play by different rules with different competition, and I’ve learned them by doing the work in every one.

01
Pikes Peak SEO
This was my first job out of college. I graduated in December 2014 and started that next February in 2015 at a scrappy Colorado Springs agency of about 10 people, founded by Greg Walthour. I learned SEO from the ground up: keyword strategy and targeting, how all the pieces fit together, off-site, and local. Before long I was helping train the new hires too.
02
SocialSEO
Same company, new name. Pikes Peak SEO became SocialSEO under the same ownership. I moved into an individual contributor role with a bigger account load, handling larger clients start to finish: communication, reporting, strategy, and execution.
03
SocialSEO
Two and a half years in, I moved up to SEO Manager in September 2017. I led my own team of analysts and specialists, sat in on executive leadership meetings, and helped build the processes behind how we did the work. I also led training and helped create the learning management system. A lot of what I built is still in their LMS today.
04
SocialSEO
Right before I moved into a director role. I managed one of our larger teams, the one carrying the most accounts and revenue at the agency, while still leading training and hiring, running interviews, and continuing to build our processes.
05
Intero Digital
Same company, third name. SocialSEO became Intero Digital. I moved into department leadership, setting strategy and standards across a growing team.
06
Intero Digital
Helped scale the SEO department to roughly 200 employees serving nearly 800 clients. The 10-person shop I joined had become one of the largest SEO teams in the country.
07
MindgruveMacarta
A short stint at a sharp performance marketing agency. Good people and good work, though the role turned out to be a different fit than expected, so I moved toward an opportunity that matched where I wanted to go.
08
Rankings.io
Joined to raise the bar on the agency’s SEO deliverable. The results spoke for themselves, and within roughly 90 days I earned a promotion to Senior Director.
09
Rankings.io
Leading SEO at the industry’s top performance marketing agency for legal. I stepped in to take the agency’s SEO deliverable to the next level, standing up dedicated Technical SEO and Local SEO teams and overseeing Technical SEO, Local SEO, On-Page SEO, Link Acquisition, Content Writing, and Strategy across a team of more than 50.

Logan Mosby LLC
In late 2024, I saw a big gap in the local market. Small and medium local companies were paying a lot and getting very little in return. I wanted to get back to how I started, helping small businesses grow and increase their revenue without paying a fortune for it. And that brings us to today.
A decade of showing up, doing the work, and earning the next step.

Logan is the best there is. He gets the results you want with the least amount of money.
How I Work
I work hands-on. I find the openings and build the strategy around YOUR site, YOUR goals, YOUR market. Most agencies don’t. They run the same run-of-the-mill playbook on everyone they sign, chasing as much business as possible while ignoring what actually matters, your results and your revenue. Nothing gets tailored to your industry or your specific site.
That’s where I thrive. No two businesses or goals are the same, so your SEO shouldn’t be either. I start by getting to know you, your business, and your market. Then I build the best plan I can from what I find, using my experience and the right tools, and I prioritize by impact so you get the best bang for your buck.
I shoot straight. I actually listen to what you’re after, and after a decade I’ve handled just about every situation you can throw at me. I care about the work, and I take pride in turning research into results you can see in the business.
The Way I Work
The principles behind every site I touch. This is what you get when you work with me.
Tricks and loopholes fade with every algorithm update. A technically sound site that genuinely helps its visitors compounds year after year. I build for the long game to make sure your business and site weather every storm.
Redirect maps, schema, internal links, clean crawl paths. The unglamorous work most people skip is exactly where rankings are won or lost. I sweat it so you don’t have to. Good SEO is the combination of all the small things going right and compounding.
I’d rather tell you the hard truth that grows your business than the easy answer that wastes your money. You’ll always know where things really stand with me. You get the good, bad, and the ugly (less ugly though ;))
I believe great partnerships are built on communication and responsiveness. When you work with me, you’re always in the loop. I answer every email within 24 hours, your reporting is live, so you can check progress anytime you want. Need me? I’m around when a lot of agencies aren’t; evenings, weekends, holidays. I am ALWAYS working.
Every call is grounded in GA4, Search Console, and the numbers that actually matter. Strategy you can measure, not vanity metrics that look nice in a slide deck.
AI answers and evolving SERPs are reshaping how people find businesses. I keep strategy a step ahead so your visibility grows with the shift instead of getting left behind.
My Experience Includes, But Is Not Limited To…
Every project starts fresh. No recycled playbook. No assumptions dragged over from the last client. I look at where you actually are when you start with me, and then we build a plan together around your goals.
I’ll train you and your team, too. I’ve spent years in leadership and training roles teaching both clients and staff how SEO actually works, so you can bring more of it in-house.
Your campaign only goes as far as your site’s technical health lets it. You can optimize every page, but if the technical foundation is a mess, you’re spinning your wheels. I make sure that foundation is solid first.
None of this matters if we can’t measure it. What’s working? What isn’t? Where do we need to pick up the slack? I build reporting around your actual goals, using the tools and methods that answer those questions for your business.
Strategy is only half of it. I do the execution myself, whatever the work calls for: keyword research and mapping, sitemaps, schema, canonicalization, content, backlinks, all of it.
Content is still king. But how you use it matters just as much as having it. I handle the whole thing, strategy, creation, optimization, and getting it live, and I look for the content angles your competitors are missing.
Everything else is built on this. Pick the wrong keywords and the whole campaign chases the wrong traffic. I use the best tools in the business to find the terms with real volume and real intent that your site can actually rank for.
Data drives every call I make. It’s how I find opportunities, catch what’s working, and spot what isn’t. I live in GA4, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Sitebulb, and I use what they tell me to shape strategy and report back to you on every part of the campaign.
Some of SEO is just tedious. Mapping redirects after a redesign, cleaning up internal links, the production work nobody brags about. It still has to get done, and done right. Boring? Sometimes. Necessary? Every time.
Services are what I do. These are the kinds of SEO engagements I run, defined by your reach, your model, and your scale. They cross over with the industries above: a roofer might need Local SEO, a franchise brand might need both Local and Franchise SEO.
Growing a local business is hard. I build SEO around your specific industry and market to get your brand in front of the people searching for it, wherever you’re located.
Going nationwide means higher search volume and much stiffer competition. A lot of agencies avoid the high-volume, high-competition terms because they’re hard. Those are the ones I go after. They’re the phrases that actually grow your business and increase revenue.
International SEO brings a whole new set of deliverables and best practices, and you want someone who’s handled them before. I’ve helped brands dominate in markets around the world, and I know what it takes to get it right wherever you’re expanding.
eCommerce brings its own set of challenges: orphaned product and category pages, duplicate content, buried product information, messy faceted navigation, and sprawling catalogs. I’ve spent years solving them, and I know how to grow your online store, increase visibility, drive more customers, and create a bigger bottom line.
Massive websites get complicated fast, and that complexity can cost you real money without anyone noticing. I’ve spent over a decade on sites with millions of pages. I help enterprise brands focus on the highest-impact work, solve the hard technical problems, and scale SEO without breaking what already works.
Franchise SEO isn’t your typical campaign. Multiple locations, different local audiences, and one brand to protect across all of them. I build scalable, location-specific strategies that keep the brand consistent nationally while getting the most out of every single location.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with businesses across the country to help them increase their organic visibility, generate more qualified leads, and grow their revenue. Take a look at what some of my clients have to say about their experience working with me on their SEO campaigns.
